1. Educational practice service

MockIELTS is an independent educational practice platform. It tries to simulate parts of an IELTS-style format and study environment, but it does not provide a complete or official IELTS examination. It is not a test centre, does not issue official IELTS results, and does not claim affiliation, approval, or endorsement by the owners or administrators of IELTS.

2. Results and feedback

Reading and Listening results are answer-key results only when your submitted answers are compared with stored answer keys. Writing and Speaking outputs are AI-generated practice feedback or practice estimates. They may contain mistakes, differ between attempts, and must not be treated as an official score, examiner decision, admission result, or guarantee of future performance.

Speaking feedback is based mainly on speech converted into text. Transcription can be wrong, and the current system cannot reliably assess your real pronunciation, accent, stress, intonation, voice quality, or every aspect of fluency. Only an authorised human IELTS examiner can provide an official IELTS result.

3. Microphone and AI processing

When you start Speaking practice, you choose whether to grant microphone permission. Your browser or device may process microphone input to produce a transcript. The transcript and related answers may then be processed by our backend and AI service providers to produce practice feedback. Do not record another person without their permission or submit confidential information.

4. Open content and packages

Content marked Open remains available without using package limits. An active package makes paid skill tests available for its stated duration and provides only the exact paid full-test and extra Writing-check counts shown before purchase. Paid access is temporary and ends when the package expires. We do not promise unlimited or permanent access.

5. Manual payments

A manual payment submission does not activate a package immediately. An administrator reviews the receipt image. Approval activates the selected package; rejection does not. Never submit a card number, CVV, banking password, PIN, or SMS verification code. Contact support if a payment appears incorrect or is not reviewed.

6. Acceptable use and availability

You must use the service lawfully, protect your account, and avoid abuse, automated attacks, resale, or unauthorised copying of protected content. Features may be unavailable because of maintenance, browser limitations, internet problems, third-party services, or technical failures. When AI feedback is unavailable, you should retry later rather than rely on an invented result.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service changes. The effective date above will be updated for material revisions. Questions, account requests, and payment disputes can be sent through the support contact shown on the website.
